The basic information for referral of clients with issues around substance misuse is all contained within The Referrers Guide document. This is specifically aimed at professionals who may refer. If clients, families or members of the public require more straight forward advice or information then they can be directed to the National Drugs Helpline – www.talktofrank.co.uk The information that is held by FRANK is generated from the data in the Referrers Guide but is searchable online by area, available on the helpline 0800 77 66 00 and consists of basic referral information.
